I live in Bicester, Oxfordshire, but I work with clients across the UK and beyond.
My Career Journey
I’ve been fortunate to start and explore several successful careers throughout my life. I’ve changed sectors—working in academic institutions, small businesses, large corporations, and even running my own ventures. I’ve also embraced change geographically, collaborating with people from diverse cultures, traveling for business, and ultimately relocating to a new country. Reinventing myself in my 30s, 40s, and 50s has been challenging but absolutely possible!


A Passion for People and Culture
Across all my career transitions—from researching exotic languages in the remote forests of northern Siberia to directing the HR function in a multinational corporation—two themes have remained constant: my passion for helping people grow and my fascination with culture, both ethnic and corporate, and how it shapes thinking and behavior.
Learning from Leadership
My most impactful lessons came from my last corporate role as Head of People Development and Career Management. In this position, I helped build a robust succession plan across multiple businesses, supporting talented individuals to become key players in the company’s future. This experience inspired me to broaden my impact, helping more people succeed in their careers and enabling organisations to retain and motivate their best talent. That’s why I founded Career Roads.
